If you didn't book under the BA codeshare flights number then it isn't an eligible flight. The fact there might be a BA codeshare does not make it an eligible flight. Does your itinerary show that you booked the BA codeshare even if the boarding pass does not? If the itinerary shows that you booked under the BA codeshare then you will need to send copies of this to BAEC.
