On a recent visit to a Hampton in Ohio I was delighted to see both the Zero stuff in bottles on the shower wall AND the little Neutrogena bottles on the sink. I assume the property is just working down their existing stock of the little bottles.
I definitely have seen hotels without a bar of soap, but I'm not sure if any of them in my case have been in the Hilton family yet. There's a Holiday Inn Express (in the IHG program) that I've stayed at two or three times since they apparently got rid of bars of soap.
