Sorry to let everyone know -- but the extra $0.02 cents for the button hole has been eliminated -- they will continue to appear on flights until the existing stock reaches end of life.... As someone that works in the industry and in textiles supplying global airlines -- that $0.02 really adds up in Kirbyland - that's about 30 cents per flight per day!
