Yeah, unlikely I'd call support for this.
Something was up, since all VPNs I tried had similar/same issues: connect & disconnect.
It stabilized now again, and works as suspected, so could have been a plethora of things.
Which ISP were you using?
I was having issues similar to this: all AC endpoints stopped working simultaneously and would start working simultaneously. After this happened 2 or 3 times, unlike all other times when I concluded that the issue was bandwidth overselling, this particular time, I concluded malice. This was even affecting AC endpoints I had never used before when it did happen, and then everything would start working again. I subscribe to the principle of "never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity" but that time at least, I ruled out stupidity. My wife asked her father about switching ISPs but he apparently switched
to China Telecom because the others were even worse. I never had the same issues when I was at the hotel in Shanghai, but that was on ChinaNet instead of China Telecom. China Telecom (at least the Henan province division of it) sucks, and desperately needs competition, because apparently the competition they do have is even worse.
