For a few months I have been purchasing Shell gasoline in order to receive the 2 miles/2 Loyalty points per dollar. Yesterday when my most recent gasoline purchase posted to my AAdvantage account, it included an additional 10K Loyalty Points (not miles). This was totally separate from the recent posting to my account of the new 10K Loyalty Point bonus for having reached 90K Loyalty Points.

Anyone have any thoughts?
