The Phantom 10K Strikes Again!
Yikes, this just happened to me! Brand new card member, applied on 7/23. My first bonus 10K (attached to a shopping purchase) is reflected and counts… but my second “Bonus 2” 10K is shown as a separate line item that is not actually being included in my total sum. I’m very certain of this. The math isn’t right and I know I’m missing 10K even though it’s listed. Who we we call? Is this resolving on its own if we give it time?
