Are you sure the F&B outlet is operated by the property? Being able to charge to the room is not a reliable indicator.
I've been surprised by a number of HCs where restaurant spend doesn't earn points and I note this property is not listed here ...

Thanks for sharing the link. I guess buyers beware. And agreed! The inability to earn points should be an exception, not a rule. I guess we should add this to the wiki for the hotel.
