Thanks for the thought. it certainly seems reasonable. There is always a possibility, though, that there is a trigger when crossing these thresholds that checks to see if one has the card and then applies the bonus. Since the threshold was passed with no card, the trigger would have failed. If the card comes into play later, it may take manual intervention to get the bonuses.

But, if what you say is correct, and it does make sense, then the card application can happen any time between now and the end of February (backed up by a safe margin, of course) and still get the 20K LP.
