I am looking to book HKG-CEB (paid vs points due to availability), and the only option I see is to book through CX. Would rather book through AA if I can, but not offered on AA website.
Sorry for the lack of clarity. Using AA's website, I can only see mileage award tickets for Main Cabin on CX for a TPE to DPE thru HKG route. My wife and i was to fly in Business, so this is not a good option for us. When I search for paid tickets on AA's site it errors out and doesn't show anything, but searching on the CX site shows all the options for paid tickets. When I called AA, they confirmed they only mileage reward options they see for this route was in Main Cabin, the same as I saw, but the AA phone agent was able to see all the paid ticket options for all cabins in their system even though it errored out for me on AA site, so something is wrong with AA's site for revenue tickets for CX. It appears you have to call AA, or use CX's site and just add your AA FF# to the reservation. BTW, the ticket prices were much lower thru CX's site then what AA quoted me on the phone, so going thru CX's site seems to be the best way to go for me in this situation.
