So you found a mileage ticket available on CX website, which was not available on AA website, and you were able to call AA and they were able to ticket using AA points?
Or are you talking about a paid ticket?
I am looking to book HKG-CEB (paid vs points due to availability), and the only option I see is to book through CX. Would rather book through AA if I can, but not offered on AA website.
