I am having an issue with my BA account where if I want to link my BA account to Nectar or Qatar Privilege Club it wants to send a OTP password to a number I no longer use. I have updated the number on my BA account about a month ago but it still wants to send the OTP to the old number. I have tried everything. Does anybody have any recommendations. I have been on the phone to BA about it and each time nothing seems to get sorted.
