Good to see airline pricing still doesn't make intuitive sense at the college level
First, the dates are wrong. Second, when you click through, it's actually for the USC/ND game in South Bend. The LAX-SBN-LAX non-stops 10/13 and 10/15 price out at $800. Based on the seat map, it's already about 35% sold.

The plane then repositions on Saturday morning.



Wow. Then UA sends four 737s on Sunday, 10/15, ORD-SBN.
