When do miles go back into your account after a cancellation?
Can anyone provide a DP on when Cathay/Asia miles will go back into your account when you cancel an award flight? I have an award flight booked through CX for a JAL award flight but I want to cancel the ticket. How long will it take for the miles to go back into my account? The agents I spoke with all said 24-48 hours. Is that true?
