My bag was lost on the way from MUC to ORD. We had 5 bags in total and only mine was lost which also had our most expensive items. It’s been over a week, no updates. Can I go to ohare terminal 5 and ask to look for my bag? Is there any chance since it’s a secure zone? Any other guidance on what I can do to get my bag back?
