As it’s all on a single booking, your bags will be checked all the way through. When you check-in online, you must first check-in with BA and it should check you in for all the sectors. Failing that then when you drop your bags off at F Wing, they should be able to issue you the CX boarding passes also. All easy and very standard process when it’s a single oneworld booking
