I booked a LATAM Chile award flight from Santiago to Sydney using my Cathay points. I understand that booking systems are different. Anyone know an easy way to find the reservation code that can be used on the LATAM website to select my seats. I've tried the Cathay Pacific reservation code on multiple OneWorld carriers such as BA and MH however it does not detect the Cathay Reservation code.

I got the same problem. But I found the solution in the end.
I booked my reward tickets via Cathay. The booking reference from email doesn't work on Latam website's manage your trips. But then I tried to put it into check-in even though I don't wanna check in(the dates are next year
). And boom it worked, in there you will see your order No.
Then you can save that order No. for later use to manage your trip now.
