For Australia and New Zealand, our ticketing operations will be changing.
By the end of January 2005, ticketing functions for United will be centralised in the National Reservations & Ticketing Centre located in United's head office in Sydney. United will no longer provide direct customer contact at traditional ticket offices in Australia and New Zealand.
The Sydney ticket office, located at Barrack Street, will close on 24 December 2004. Ticket offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland will close on 31 January 2005. Our Melbourne and Sydney airport ticketing desks will remain unchanged.
For all of your reservations and ticketing enquiries, you can continue to contact us toll-free at 131 777, or e-mail us at [email protected].
All mail can continue to be sent to GPO BOX 3755, Sydney, 2000.
For paper tickets or paper ticket reissues, an AUD20 fee will apply to cover delivery costs within two working days of departure.
Our reservations hours for 2005 will be 0800–1800 Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (New Zealand: 0900–1700), and 0800–1600 Saturday (New Zealand: 1000–1800). Closed Sunday and some public holidays.
We appreciate your business.
