As far as I can see all the add-on's are identical. The add-on's will change as new ones are brought online and are not specific to the product that you've purchased (the only exception is the MySIM which has add-on's that are only available to it).
Oh yes you are right about the Chinese phone number. The two-number version is no longer available as prepaid. That now requires postpaid. But I've never seen the point of having it anyway. It's much easier/cheaper to get a mobile number when you are in China. Even answering the phone through the Chinese number in China required paying roaming charges.
