Hey all,

Just got off a DFW-MEX segment, and during the meal service, the FA claimed I pre-ordered the cheese plate when in reality I ordered the golden chicken. Seems everyone else in the cabin (which was the majority of F) who had also pre-ordered the chicken and also got the cheese. Was this a one-off or an ex-Dfw issue or is AA’s pre-order system having serious issues?
