Read all the recent posts and it looks like there is NO lounge access for PP members(international travelers) after 9PM every day though it's not explicitly mentioned on the PP site. Anyone can share if you had luck to get into either China Airlines lounge or Golden Gate lounge after 9PM recently . Thanks.
