No snack basket, not hot water (for tea inflight) or PDB, sat at lax for 51 min waiting for a gate....was to be early, ended up 15 min late...it was a 2 hour block time....unacceptable for business travel. my colleague was on southwest....1:10 min total....

Time the upgrade cleared or position on waitlist if didn't clear: SDC from AS1309 (good thing as it was 2.5 hours late in the end), upgraded immediately except it put me in the awaiting seats death spiral...couldnt check in at all. had to see an agent at lax to "fix" the ticket. This FP issue is frustrating....every single ticket i have had with AS FP has had issues with SDC.
Date of ticket purchase: late May 2023.
No PDB or even boxed water at seat.
