Galley comes first and then restroom. In other words, restroom is closer to economy cabin.
Food is prepared from front galley, and not door 2 gallery.
Preorder depends on the route, not the plane. For a four-hour flight, is it domestic other than premium transcon (EWR<->LAX/SFO)?
Food will suck with or without the preorder system.
