Stayed recently and upgraded to the same room as OP above. Mostly the same experience, just wanted to add that breakfast has been changed to $19 USD and I could use the $10 daily credit to offset it. The sidewalk was still very crowded, but I didn't find it that uncomfortable. Very nice views and good location.

The minibar / AC market did not have prices and the front desk people didn't know the prices either. They had to manually check each item that I wanted. I felt like that wasn't very transparent.
