Otherwise, yes, I'm guessing you are stuck either with calling or waiting a few days to see if they identify and fix this bug.
Ended up applying as a guest and putting 0 in that box worked. I guess the pages were coded differently. Ended up being denied anyway.

Also surprised here - I ended up getting an application for the CIP through my struggles above, but was denied for being over 5/24 with AU accounts. Called in for recon and they said they had to count the AU cards.
