Yes. Hotel has no plans to reopen anytime soon. No excuse, the hotel is packed and the line for the grab and go cash register is 40 people deep and barely moving. The lack of lounge reopening is a blatant cash grab to drive people to the $40 breakfast buffet or equally overpriced grab & go. The lobby is constantly mobbed with nowhere to sit; surely reopening the lounge would alleviate this.

I used to defend this hotel even when mediocre, but no more. Food has gone downhill, still serving room service in plastic bags, no reasonable breakfast option, gym is a disaster, and to top it off the AC isn’t working well in my room - never got below 70 despite running constantly. I think this will be my last stay here.
