So after a lot of back and forth and refusals to pay any more money, they have agreed to send me an additional 60 EUR. They claim "the necessary things have been fully compensated. A deduction has been made to the reimbursement of purchases deemed to have lasting monetary value beyond simply acting as a temporary replacement during the delay." Doesn't really make sense and they provide no description of how they made the determination of what had lasting monetary value. Anyway, now we are at a reimbursement of 135 Euros - just 38.67 EUR to go! I am so annoyed with SAS, that I am going to fight for that final 38.67 EUR. I truly believe they are not being reasonable, and I am owed that.
