To plan award travel or for complete award rules, download the Star Alliance Award chart using the link below. When you're ready to book your award trip, call United at 1-888-674-4680. Effective October 15, 2004*, United will assess a $15 (USD 15) per ticket handling fee for Star Alliance Award tickets issued by calling United Reservations or any United ticketing location.
You can hold a Star Alliance award reservation for three (3) days.
