Reason I'm asking: I booked a trip about a month ago for travel in February involving two segments on the neo. For the outbound I selected 2J/3J and for the return I selected 3J/4J. I went with 4J for the return for my spouse as I've seen from experience that 2J tends to have a lot of galley light/noise and being an overnight flight on the return gave him 4J for better sleep opportunity.
I am almost positive that when I booked I saw 4A blocked out (X'd, not occupied) and assumed it was for the usual crew rest. Now, I am seeing 4A available on both flights. Even doing dummy bookings for flights even further out I see both 4A and 4J available to be selected.
If anyone thinks there's a danger of 4J becoming a crew rest seat I will move him to 2J while it's available, but hesitant to if not needed. Thanks!
We are booked in 3J/4J next month JFK-LHR so also curious. Assuming there’s not an equipment swap.
