Last time I flew F class a couple of years ago HKG - SHA (before PVG), they had a shared F & J class lounge (see quote from their website below). I found their F class pretty good, only minor upset was being served a glass bearing a nice set of lipstick stains & a hot towel complete with ear wax stains... still they do serve their food with proper cutlery that more than made up for it!

Hong Kong Lounge
Dragonair's flagship lounge at Hong Kong International Airport is designed to allow First and Business Class passengers and Members of The Elite* to relax and do business in a comfortable, yet stimulating environment. The simplicity of the lounge and fluidity of space create a calming and serene atmosphere, in contrast to the active common areas of the airport.

Carefully designed and commissioned artworks and fabrics enhance the feeling of comfort.

The Dragonair Lounge offers a range of amenities, including self-service refreshment counters, washrooms, business desks with Internet connections and a baggage storage area. The lounge is located on Level 7 of the Passenger Terminal Building, Northern Concourse.
