Had a three night stay here despite CHC being home turf. Everything worked as it should; drinks vouchers, upgrade, text message asking if all was ok.
Points took a week to appear but a good chunk of points.
Breakfast was fine - full option offered on day 1 and days 2 and three only continental allowed - no big deal for me as the spread was tasty enough.
Free car parking (I had a rental) but rush hour can present challenges getting in and out. The rear vehicle entry seemed closed , so do not follow the roadside sign directing you there.
Otherwise a good sleep and shower.
Coincidentally a relative was staying there for two weeks for work and received a nice welcome pack of snacks, mini wine bottles and stuff (he has no status) and he was delighted.
