The drop-down screens were removed from the mainline A320ceo and A321ceo fleets during densification to save weight. The mainline A319 fleet still have screens as the work to remove them wasn't thought worth it given their retirement date, although I was always perplexed at that given they thought the new seats as worthwhile.
