Argh. My only recommendation is what I described above, i.e. start the application process over, skip the problematic question when going through the application, hit submit, wait for it to take you back to uncompleted boxes, and then see if you can enter the right info. Otherwise, yes, I'm guessing you are stuck either with calling or waiting a few days to see if they identify and fix this bug.
