Which hotels are fairly close to Narita and offer shuttle service. We are a family of four (and moving from the States to Viet Nam, hence about 16 bags) and need to find something decent, close by with shuttle so we can take our bags with us. We will have to recheck the bags next day for Hanoi.

Do you mean "close to Narita" as close to the city, not close to the airport? Looks like the hotel with the shuttle bus service form the airport and closest to the city of Narita is

You mentioned that your family will be traveling with 16 bags. Are these suitcase size items? You may want to let the hotel know in advance. Some hotels use full size bus for the shuttle service, but some hotels use minivan size vehicle for the shuttle service.
