This isn't the first time Costco dropped the ball with Alaska certificates. A couple years back I bought the max ten certificates to be email. Received a couple email confirmations, but to the wrong recipients and for lesser amounts of certificates. Over the next couple days, received the emailed certificates for the other two recipients. I corresponded with Costco and later received email stating disregard previous emails and subsequently received the correct 10 certificates via individual emails. No explanation or apology from Costco.
