I have to say that when I stayed last year I was welcomed at check in as RA and benefits explained. I had only booked a standard classic room and got a premium ocean view . I thought the room was very nice and would happily have one again.
I have been contemplating returning but recent reviews seem off putting!
It seems they have new staff at check in that are not fully trained 🙈
