I have found each airport to be different. LAX is the best experience I have had to date. They consistently take me up via the elevator and directly to the front of the line each time, with the agents being very nice. JFK has a different setup entirely and the enter the line from the Flagship check in area unescorted. The people there don't tend to be the friendliest, but that's somewhat standard for the NY Metro area in general. The JFK line tends to be short, so I have never had an issue there. DFW has no Flagship process for check from what I can tell, which is surprising.
