Yes change is possible, the problem is you would be changing the entire ticket, so availablity for all segments would be needed. Many are booking OWs vs roundtrips to make this easier.
There are no change fees but changed pricing / mileage difference may apply.
Name mismatch is a common cause of this. The wayprefix, suffix , middle names, hyphened name, ... are handled. Calling would provide peace of mind
i have no middle name and no hyphen etc just 1 first name and 1 last name, not sure about the title though. I thought I would give Asiana 24 hrs to have it in their system and then call.
