Don't think I'd describe Dishoom (not been to the one in London, but the one in Edinburgh) as fine dining, or even notably good dining. It's perfectly passable, but expensive for what it is. Tbh, its biggest selling point in Edinburgh is that you can get in there on a rugby night without a reservation.
Ate at the Cinnamon Club years ago too. Again, it was nice enough, but didn't really live up to reputation enough to justify the cost.
