I enjoyed reading this yesterday. I then googled Tom aitkens and that led to Marco Pierre white so super fun. Closest I’ve come to this is tea at Wolseley because most meals weren’t Michelin; I used to spend most money on things (vinyl records & promo CDs). Now I would spend money at restaurants and I was last in London in 2010 for maintaining United Gold (50k miles). I enjoy the Dishoom photos in TRs and my friends (in SF) have the cookbook.
