Thank you for reaching out to us about lounge access in Singapore.

The rules for entry shown on our website cover all contracts for partner lounges as a blanket guidance, so you can be aware of what to expect when requesting access on the day.

We have an arrangement with Singapore Airlines outside of the Star Alliance or general contract that other airlines have agreed. This allows entry for our Koru members to enter the Singapore Airlines lounge even though not flying on an Air New Zealand operated flight, as long as they've purchased our ticket and the flight number is code-shared to us, i.e. 'NZ'.

Access is still subject to the partner operator accepting your request on the day, such as having sufficient space available.
