Oops, you’re right re the cheapest option! In fact, it is the mini van weirdly. Anyway, we did tip the equivalent of a few dollars. Maybe $4, which was about 10%. We had 5 pax plus a couple of duffel bags. But I also read what you read. The site allows you to pay online ahead of the rez with a cc and that’s what we did.
