I've flown this flight on this day 15 times since beginning of March this year. This is the first time I didn't get upgraded. All but one other time I was upgraded with enough time before the flight to order a meal. So was a little shocked that I not only didn't get the upgrade, but also wasn't close. There were only 2 F seats available T-70h. Airport did seem busier than it usually is. Surpsingly, my return flight which I've had maybe a 75% upgrade success rate actually looks like I have a better chance to get the upgrade. Guess there are a lot more elites as we get later in the year.
