I booked an Indigo flight through C1 and the flight got cancelled. I then requested a full refund which Indigo claims to have done and that the refund will be sent to the travel agent. Its been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen a credit on my V1 account. Is the refund done to the credit card and how long does it take?
Was original credit card transaction showing up with airline as merchant on Capital One Travel? If the later you should give Cap One Travel a call to get the refund.
