Was curious if you're actually supposed to be escorted to the front of the TSA/Precheck line after coming out of the new AA/BA F check in at JFK. Every time I've gone through, the TSA line on the other end wasn't too long. But there was never any agent there to escort anyone to the front. So I just got in the back of the line.
Is it SOP that someone should be there? I've been through at all different times of day, and always the same experience. Really makes no sense to actually use the F check in unless you're checking in luggage, if this is the case.
I’ve never received an escort and JFK is my home airport. I can barely get them to crack a smile when I walk through, so forget about them moving from their chair.
only escort I regularly get is at LAX which is very nice… and much needed given their security lines
