We're flying business class from Lima to Miami, with a 5.5 hour layover before flying onward to Nashville with American. Will we be able to use the Latam lounge upon arrival before going through customs? We will not have any checked baggage. We were hoping to catch a shower and a bite to eat after the overnight flight but have never visited a lounge after arriving.

I've read that arrivals can use the lounge, but was wondering about the customs situation.
