Just a data point:

Purchased an expensive bike with my CSR, and it got stolen within a few weeks.

Home insurance has a limit of $1,000 for bicycles.

Submitted a claim with police report, stub from the $1,000 insurance payment, original purchase receipt, and cc statement for the original purchase.

Claim for the total purchase price minus $1,000 was approved. Took about 4 weeks.

CSP is limited to $500 vs. $10,000 for CSR, so this is a big advantage of CSR.
