Looking at a CPH-BER-IAD on one ticket - assume no lounge in CPH as there isn't an LH lounge (and rather SK)?. *G and would be in Y CPH-BER, J BER-IAD.
And as a general data point, I did KEF-DUS-XXX in 2021 and got LH lounge in DUS with no problem.
