Any idea why UA is only selling mixed cabin Premium Plus awards from SJU-TYO? I've seen X, XN, and YN fares from SJU-CONUS but only ON onward to Tokyo. Combinability issue? Called earlier and the agent I got was useless, didn't have time to HUCA though.
