Since you guys are the experts, can you help me understand what I am doing wrong in ITAMatrix when looking for a tier point run in the US? I seem to be only getting the fully flexible flight costs rather than the cheapest for any given route. For example when checking Milwaukee to Charlotte on AA (September 3rd but i have the same issue regardless of date) I get a price in first of $1536. When checking google flights the cheapest price is £239 (direct outbound with a stop in ORD on the way back). I've used ITA a few times before and it has usually priced the cheapest flights on that route. Am i doing something wrong as this is the first time I have used it for US domestic routes only?
