Has anyone talked to a customer service representative at Chase business application and fraud department recently? I got a letter from Chase after applying for the Ink Preferred card, asking me to call the fraud dept. at 1-877-470-9042. However, after inputting my social security number, the automatic message told me to wait 7-10 business days, and then it told me either to repeat the message or hang up. There is no option to talk to a real person. I have tried for the last 7 days, and also tried 800-453-9719, but ended up with the same results.
My app went pending last night, tried to call the 800-453-9719 live number from wiki, got to automated "wait 2 weeks" message, but at end says press 0 and you get a live person.
