There is no option to talk to a real person. I have tried for the last 7 days, and also tried 800-453-9719, but ended up with the same results.
My app went pending last night, tried to call the 800-453-9719 live number from wiki, got to automated "wait 2 weeks" message, but at end says press 0 and you get a live person.
